Min. 2 – 5 yrs experience. Knowledge of Conv., FHA, VA, USDA & Jumbo Guidelines. Fast paced environment, Ability to navigate multiple lenders systems and guidelines. Excellent communication skills. Daily communication with LO’s. Lenders, Applicants, Referral Sources and Management a must. Attention to detail and time sensitive deadlines is required.

Processing Assistant
Mortgage or Financial Industry experience is preferred, as well as proficiency and efficiency using a computer and navigating web-based systems. Fast paced environment, Ability to communicate effectively and professionally. Daily communication with Processing and Management, and ability to manage a pipeline of customers. Willingness to learn guidelines and processes to develop into a Loan Processor.

Min. 2-3 yrs experience. Ability to originate mortgage applications on a full time basis. Must be able to build and maintain an active book of business. Ability to deliver excellent customer service to referral sources and applicants. Must be goal oriented, self-motivated, detail oriented and professional. Must be able to work in a team environment.
