Hello everyone, due to the current environment with COVID-19, things are moving and changing swiftly here at Preferred Mortgage Corp. of NY.

We’re taking action to stay compliant and steps to curb the spread of the COVID-19 virus. We want to remain compliant with the banking department, DFS, Monroe County, and all state regulations.
Our business is currently open while our office remains closed for customer and company meetings. Our loan officers and staff are working remotely for the next two weeks or until further notice.
