Jason Sheehan, Operations Manager, and Steve Bucciarelli, Digital Marketing Manager, have completed the rigorous MLO licensing education and testing requirements and have been approved by the New York Department of Financial Services (NY DFS) as Licensed Loan Officers.
This expansion allows Preferred Mortgage Corp. to enhance its customer service by providing a seamless experience from start to finish, with Jason and Steve now able to assist clients throughout the entire mortgage cycle. They are particularly excited about getting started this month and working with first-time home buyers, self-employed buyers, gig workers, and more with unique buying programs and flexible solutions to make home-buying accessible for everyone, no matter the market conditions.
